Olivia M. Brooks graduated from Florida State University with highest honors in 2012, and continued to the Florida State University College of Law where she earned her law degree in 2016 with an award for her distinguished pro-bono service as a law student. In law school, she was a member of the Mock Trial Team, the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and won three Book Awards for Comparative Contract Law, Depositions, and Mock Trial. She is still involved with judging Mock Trial competitions and appellate Oral Arguments with students at Florida State University.
Olivia was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016, and the Georgia Bar in 2017. She practices in the areas of marital and family law, probate and wills, appeals, and medical malpractice defense. She has litigated cases in both Florida and Georgia, and has significant trial experience in both jury and bench trials.
